Due to the high demand, limited availability and a spate of recent no-shows, all bookings must be secured with Pre-Payment, fully refundable on cancellation by phone, email or in person, less a 5% administration fee, up to 48 hours before the time of Pickup.
Upon acceptance of your booking request, you will be sent an email with a secure CreditCard Payment Link (VISA & MasterCard) from our booking partner, BookingSamoa, to confirm and secure your booking. If payment is not received within 48 hours, the booking will be released.
BookingSamoa holds the funds in an escrow account until 48 hours before the time of Pickup, upon which they are released to MotoSamoa.
